Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older and can sign informed consent
- Your cancer is p16-negative (HPV-negative) and is in the mouth, throat, voice box, or related areas that can be removed with curative surgery
- You have stage III to IV disease that has not spread to distant organs (M0), and it is not recurrent or metastatic
- You can provide fresh tumor tissue by biopsy, plus blood and saliva samples
- You are healthy enough for treatment (good blood counts and organ function, and can swallow the study medicines)
