Who can take part
- Age 3 to under 30 at the time you enroll
- Newly diagnosed localized NGGCT in the suprasellar and/or pineal area (not in other brain sites)
- Your tumor has specific lab tumor marker patterns (AFP and/or hCG) and/or pathology results, and not only mature teratoma
- You must have had brain MRI (with contrast) and a spine MRI (with contrast), plus specific CSF (fluid) and marker testing before treatment
- Blood counts and organ health must be strong enough (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin, kidney and liver tests)
- You must start study treatment within 31 days of diagnosis or definitive surgery and complete consent; pregnancy is not allowed
