CAR-T therapy for tumors with HER2 and PD-L1 markers
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This early-phase trial tests CAR-T cells designed to attack tumors that have high HER2 and PD-L1. It may help people with certain solid cancers that have not responded well to standard treatment.

Who can take part
- You’re age 18–75 (or sometimes over 75 if your overall health allows).
- You have one of several solid cancers (like breast, lung, ovarian, gastric, colorectal, or others listed) and your disease is metastatic or can’t tolerate standard treatment.
- Your tumor testing shows high HER2 (more than 20%) and the study also targets PD-L1.
- Your body can handle treatment: blood counts are high enough (neutrophils, platelets, lymphocytes, and hemoglobin) and important organs work well (kidney, liver, and bilirubin).
- Your heart function is good (ejection fraction at least 50%) and you don’t have certain serious heart-fluid problems.
- You must stop chemotherapy or targeted therapy for at least 3 weeks before starting, and use reliable birth control from now through 1 year after infusion.

This trial tests an experimental CAR-T cell treatment that targets proteins on cancer cells that have spread to the lining of the lungs, belly, or brain. It may help people whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments.
This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-T) that targets two proteins, CLDN18.2 and PD-L1, found on some cancer cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors like stomach, esophageal, or pancreatic cancer that have stopped responding to standard treatments.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-T cells) designed to target two markers on cancer cells at once. The goal is to help patients with advanced solid tumors where standard treatments have stopped working or aren't an option.
This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called CAR-T cells that are designed to attack cancer cells that have a high amount of a protein called HER2. It is for people with advanced solid tumors (like certain breast, stomach, or lung cancers) that have not responded to standard treatments.
This study tests a new type of cell therapy called anti-HER2-CAR-T for people with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors (like breast, stomach, or colon cancer) whose cancer has not responded to other treatments. The therapy uses your own immune cells engineered to target and kill cancer cells.
This trial tests a lab-made immune therapy (CAR-T) that targets a protein called CD70 found on some advanced cancers. It’s designed for people whose solid tumors have spread and no standard treatments have worked or weren’t tolerated.
