Testing brentuximab with standard chemo for early Hodgkin lymphoma

Hodgkin Lymphoma

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This Phase 3 trial studies whether adding brentuximab vedotin to standard chemotherapy improves outcomes for people with newly diagnosed early-stage classical Hodgkin lymphoma. It may help reduce the chance the cancer returns or improves how well treatment works.

Immunotherapy with stem cell transplant for relapsed Hodgkin lymphoma

This Phase 2 trial tests whether pembrolizumab plus brentuximab works better than standard chemotherapy followed by an autologous stem cell transplant for people whose classic Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or did not respond. It may help by improving cancer control before and around stem cell transplant and by comparing outcomes between the two treatment approaches.
