- You agree to join and sign a written consent form
- You must be 18 years old or older
- You are scheduled for high-dose chemotherapy plus a stem cell (hematopoietic cell) transplant at the National Cancer Institute, Slovakia
- OR you are scheduled for CAR-T cell therapy at the National Cancer Institute, Slovakia
- You must fit all listed study entry requirements (no exclusion reasons apply)
