Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have one of these cancers: lung (NSCLC), melanoma (MM), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), or kidney cancer (RCC), in stages I–IV
  • Your cancer care plan includes a checkpoint inhibitor (anti–PD-1, anti–PD-L1, or anti–CTLA-4), either alone or with other approved treatments
  • You can give informed consent and complete questionnaires in English or Spanish
  • You can provide stool samples for research
