Who can take part

  • You have advanced cancer that is getting worse (progressing) now.
  • You have measurable or evaluable tumors your doctors can track on scans (and for some parts, not previously irradiated areas).
  • Your body is healthy enough for study treatment based on blood counts and organ function tests.
  • Your cancer must match one of the study’s specific tumor types and genetic or biomarker patterns (for example BRCA1/2, PALB2, RAD51C, RAD51D changes; HER2-negative breast; or IDH1/2-mutant glioma depending on the module).
  • You must be able to follow eating rules and time restrictions for the study drug (high-fat meal/fasting rules apply in Module 1).
  • If your part of the study involves pregnancy-risk participants, you must use required birth control and have negative pregnancy tests as scheduled.
