Regorafenib to help prevent cancer return after treatment

Who can take part

  • You are at least 12 years old when you sign consent.
  • Your bone cancer is a high-grade bone sarcoma confirmed by biopsy (for example osteosarcoma or Ewing sarcoma).
  • There is measurable remaining cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, either at diagnosis or after relapse.
  • Your cancer is not getting worse at the start of the study, based on the study’s scan rules.
  • You finished your last cancer treatment (chemo or surgery) at least 4 weeks ago, but no more than 2 months ago.
  • Your blood counts and organ tests (liver, kidney, and pancreas) must be within required limits.
