Who can take part

  • You are between 5 and 30 years old.
  • You have osteosarcoma that is confirmed by biopsy.
  • Your osteosarcoma is considered high-risk (not cured with standard treatment).
  • You are expected to live for at least 12 more weeks.
  • You are able to swallow tablets.
  • You agree to use effective contraception during the study and for 1 year after treatment (if you can have children).
