Registry study for local treatment in soft tissue sarcoma

Myxoid Liposarcoma

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This registry collects coded information about adults with a specific soft tissue sarcoma (MLS) to better understand how local treatments help. If you qualify, you don’t necessarily receive a new drug in this study—your data is used to improve future care.

Personalized treatment for NRSTS in children and young adults

This trial tests a personalized treatment plan for children and young adults with a type of soft tissue sarcoma (NRSTS). It uses a combination of surgery, targeted radiation, and two drugs (pazopanib and selinexor) to fight cancer while reducing side effects. The study is looking for people who have not been treated before for this sarcoma.

NCT04925089Recruiting
Testing biomarkers in localized soft tissue cancer before surgery

This study looks at lab biomarkers (signs in tumor tissue) in people with localized leiomyosarcoma. It also requires treatment with chemotherapy before surgery to see if the information from tumor samples can help guide care.

NCT05774275Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Testing combined radiation, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy for high-risk sarcoma

This study tests whether giving radiation, chemotherapy, and immunotherapy together can control high-risk soft tissue sarcoma that is hard to remove or may come back after surgery. It may help by attacking cancer in different ways, including boosting the immune system.

Sarcoma biology and outcomes registry

This trial is a health registry that collects information about people with soft-tissue or bone sarcoma. It helps researchers understand how the disease behaves and what outcomes different treatments lead to.

NCT02789384Recruiting
Study of tumor markers to predict chemotherapy benefit in sarcoma

This study looks at stored tumor tissue (or takes a new biopsy) to measure specific tumor markers. Researchers want to see whether these markers match how well chemotherapy works before surgery for soft-tissue sarcoma.

NCT07432932Recruiting
Personalized treatment before surgery for high-risk sarcoma
