Oral vitamin B6 treatment for PNPO deficiency

Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed PNPO deficiency from genetic testing
  • Your seizures are generally controlled with oral P5P taken multiple times per day for at least 30 days
  • You are at least 2 years old
  • You may join if you previously tried pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and it didn’t work, as long as you’ve been off pyridoxine for at least 24 hours
  • You can give consent (or a parent/guardian can if you’re under 18)
