Who can take part

  • You are age 18 or older and can sign consent and follow all study visits
  • You have confirmed PNH from blood test results (flow cytometry) showing a small “clone” size of about 5%
  • In the last 3 months, you had at least one PNH-related problem such as fatigue, dark urine, anemia, shortness of breath, pain, blood clots, or needed red-blood-cell transfusions
  • You have been on Soliris for at least 3 months, and your LDH lab result is high (at least 1.5 times normal)
  • Your blood counts and organs are healthy enough for study (platelets, neutrophils, kidneys, and liver labs must be above set thresholds)
  • You have required meningococcal vaccine documentation, and (if able to have children) you agree to reliable birth control and take a negative pregnancy test
