Who can take part
- You are a child with long-term (chronic) liver disease
- You may have portal hypertension, or you may not—either is allowed
- You are not pregnant (and pregnancy is not allowed during the study)
- You do not have a history of serious allergic reactions to egg products
- You do not have a history of allergic reactions to the ultrasound contrast medicines mentioned (such as Lumason or Sonazoid)
- You do not have certain specific liver/organ conditions or major heart/lung problems
