Who can take part
- Age 18 or older
- Colorectal cancer confirmed to have spread to the liver, with no prior treatment of any kind
- The liver tumor is 6 cm or smaller and less than 10 cm deep (measurable by ultrasound)
- You are scheduled to start standard first-line chemotherapy soon
- You can lie still for ultrasound imaging and have no allergies to contrast dye
- Not pregnant or breastfeeding, and able to attend follow-up visits
