Chemo plus moxifloxacin for metastatic triple-negative breast cancer

Who can take part

  • Your performance status is ECOG 0 to 1 (you’re able to do most daily activities).
  • Your tumor is triple-negative: ER negative, PR negative, and HER2 negative based on lab testing.
  • You have not had treatment after first recurrence or for metastatic disease.
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans.
  • Your blood test shows neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is 2 or higher.
  • Your heart and organs are strong enough for treatment (including LVEF on ultrasound/echo at least 45%).
