Who can take part
- You must have prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy as “adenocarcinoma of the prostate.”
- You must have advanced disease (mCSPC, nmCSPC with PSA rise after treatment, or mCRPC), and have scan or blood-test proof that it is progressing (for some groups).
- You must be on approved hormone treatment (or have had testicle removal) for the required amount of time; testosterone should be low for mCRPC.
- You must have enough “bone-marrow and organ” function for treatment (blood counts, kidney, liver, and protein levels like albumin).
- Your health status should be good enough for study treatment (ECOG performance score 0 or 1, and adequate muscle for an injection).
- If you can get pregnant or have a partner who can, you must agree to very effective birth control during the study and for a set time after the last dose.
