Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer that has spread (metastatic adenocarcinoma), confirmed by biopsy/ pathology report
- Your cancer is getting worse, shown by rising PSA blood test and/or new/progressing spots on scans
- Your PSMA scan is positive: the scan shows prostate-cancer spots brighter than normal liver (per the trial’s local scan review)
- You are able to do normal activities most of the time (ECOG 0–1)
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver tests are within limits for study treatment
- You have not had prior radioligand treatments that the trial excludes (except prior radium-223), and no chemo/ radiation or other study drugs in the last 4 weeks
