Who can take part
- You’re between 18 and 75 years old
- Your daily functioning is good enough for study treatment (ECOG score 0–1)
- Your thymoma was completely removed by surgery, with no remaining tumor seen on pathology
- Your stage is IIb or III (based on established staging rules the study uses)
- You can have breathing tests after surgery with adequate lung function (FEV1 and DLCO meet minimum levels)
- Your scans before and after surgery show no remaining disease, and you can sign informed consent
