Who can take part

  • You can understand the study and sign the consent form
  • You need a procedure to open a blocked heart artery (and possibly place a stent)
  • You agree to follow the study plan and return for follow-up visits
  • Your blockage is either clearly moderately calcified, had balloon dilation failure, or devices cannot pass through
  • You will receive rotational atherectomy (with or without other “debulking” treatments) as part of care
