Who can take part
- You (or a trusted person) can sign informed consent before any study steps
- You have confirmed squamous cell cancer of the head and neck (mouth, throat, or voice box) that has spread to distant sites
- Your tumor testing shows Combined Positive Score (CPS) of at least 1, and you have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans
- You are 18 or older and able to do most daily activities (performance status 0–1)
- Your blood tests and organ function meet safety cutoffs for starting treatment
- You must not have had radiation or other non-surgery cancer treatment for this head and neck cancer before (except limited pembrolizumab +/- chemo for up to 6 cycles)
