Who can take part
- You have peripheral T-cell lymphoma that has come back or is resistant, confirmed by biopsy, and you’ve had 1 prior treatment overall (at least one line of systemic therapy) that stopped working
- You can have had no more than 3 prior treatment lines (and a prior stem cell transplant counts as one line)
- Your lymphoma should be measurable on scans/tests (the study uses specific “measurable disease” rules)
- You are 18 or older, and your overall health/activity level is not too limited (ECOG 0–2)
- Your blood counts and organ tests (kidneys, liver, electrolytes like potassium and magnesium) meet required minimums
- If you have an anaplastic large cell lymphoma type, you must have already received brentuximab vedotin (Bv)
