- You are 18 years or older
- Your lymphoma has come back or not responded after at least one prior treatment
- You have at least one measurable tumor on a CT scan or MRI
- Your overall health status (ECOG score) is 0, 1, or 2
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are adequate as determined by lab tests
- You test negative for HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or CMV or have inactive infections with proper monitoring
