Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and have relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) confirmed by biopsy or blood testing (flow cytometry).
- You have measurable lymphoma lesions (largest lump is >1.5 cm) and your disease meets one of these: not responding well after first-line treatment, worsening after treatment, or growing/new lesions after stem cell transplant.
- Your general health score is ECOG 0–2 (you can take care of yourself but may be somewhat limited).
- Your blood and organ tests are within key limits (bone marrow counts, heart pumping function, kidney function, liver enzymes, and breathing/oxygen status).
- If you can become pregnant (or father a child), you must use effective birth control from enrollment through 1 year after the study follow-up.
- You have not had major surgery in the last 4 weeks, and you do not have certain recent brain bleeding/stroke or other serious medical conditions that could make treatment unsafe.
