Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma (WHO grade 4) from surgery or biopsy
  • Your doctor has recommended radiation therapy, with or without chemotherapy
  • You must be able to consent and understand the study
  • You are 18 years or older, and your health is either very active (ECOG 0–1) or the tumor is expected to be sizable (KI ≥ 60%)
  • You can use reliable birth control during the study if pregnancy is possible
  • You have not had radiation to the brain or skull base before
