Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a diagnosis such as CADASIL or specific types of small vessel brain findings (sporadic white matter disease or lobar brain bleeds).
- If you are a control (comparison group), you must be an age-matched person without small vessel disease in the brain.
- You must not be pregnant.
- You must not be breastfeeding.
- You must be able to follow study instructions and complete MRI scans.
