  • You are between 18 and 90 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with atypical primary sclerosing cholangitis (aPSC) or your doctor suspects PSC and recommends a liver biopsy
  • You need a liver procedure such as surgery for tumors, a post-transplant biopsy, or gallbladder removal, and can provide healthy liver tissue
  • You are willing to sign a consent form to join the study
