- You are at least 19 years old.
- You had an acute heart attack, and you already got a stent placed through PCI (a procedure to open blocked arteries).
- Your stent type matches this study’s specific stent: Orsiro ultrathin bioresorbable polymer sirolimus-eluting stent.
- You can sign informed consent (or you have a legal representative who can).
- You do not have a history of bleeding in the brain (hemorrhagic stroke or ICH).
