Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with dementia with Lewy bodies (Lewy body dementia)
- Your memory/thinking test score (MoCA) is 18 or higher
- You can keep taking your current dementia medicines (like donepezil, rivastigmine, or memantine) without changes for at least 4 weeks
- Your blood pressure stays safe (no dizziness or large BP drops when changing positions)
- You can give informed consent and your health and mood are stable enough for testing
- You have not used other study drugs in the past 30 days
