Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed glioblastoma in the brain, confirmed by pathology (biopsy or surgery).
- Your MGMT lab test must be positive (including intermediate/indeterminate results).
- You’re age 65 or older, and your brain-function score (KPS) is between 60 and 70.
- You must be able to use a steady or decreasing steroid dose for at least 14 days before starting.
- Recent labs must be safe enough for treatment (blood counts, kidney, liver, and bilirubin levels).
- You must sign the study consent, and use very reliable birth control during treatment and for 6 months after the last dose.
