Who can take part
- You have a newly diagnosed WHO grade II glioma in the upper part of the brain (supratentorial).
- You’ve had surgery for the tumor, and randomization happens within 12 weeks after surgery.
- Your age fits one of these: 18–39 without total removal, or 40–70 with any removal (including biopsy).
- Your overall ability to function is at least moderate (Karnofsky score 60 or higher).
- Your neurologic symptoms are not severe (no more than moderate).
- You have not had prior brain/head radiation or any prior chemotherapy.
