Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of AML (not acute promyelocytic leukemia), MDS, or MDS/MPN.
  • Your general health is good enough (ECOG performance status 0–2).
  • Your kidneys and liver work well enough for treatment (kidney filtering test usually ≥50 mL/min, or 30–49 mL/min in some less-fit AML patients).
  • You are expected to live more than 12 weeks.
  • You can follow the study plan (visits, tests, and treatments as required).
