Who can take part

  • You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–2) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of AML, MDS/AML, or CMML that has not responded to or has come back after at least one standard treatment.
  • Your kidneys and liver must be working well enough (specific lab tests will check this).
  • You must not have had certain other cancers or heart problems in the past 2 to 6 months.
  • You must not be taking certain heartburn medications (PPIs) or specific supplements at the start of the trial.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
