Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older.
- Have a brain scan and specialist team’s diagnosis of an aggressive brain tumor (grade III–IV, including glioblastoma).
- Have had a biopsy that confirms an aggressive brain tumor (or are eligible based on the team’s assessment).
- Plan to have the tumor surgically removed (a craniotomy and tumor resection).
- Be able to have the focused radiation safely before surgery (the team must think it won’t cause dangerous swelling).
- Have good enough day-to-day function (ECOG 0–2) and be able to consent and complete study questionnaires.
