  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have active inflammation or infection causing blood vessels to grow into your cornea
  • You may also qualify if the vessels keep growing even after steroid eye drops
  • You must be willing and able to sign informed consent
  • You do not have a known allergy or sensitivity to the study treatment medicines
