- You need a corneal transplant because your cornea has abnormal new blood vessels
- At least two sections of your cornea are covered by these new blood vessels
- You’re willing and able to attend follow-up visits and follow the study plan
- You can give informed consent (you or a legally allowed witness can sign before any study steps)
- Your cornea thickness is not too thin (with specific allowed exceptions for certain areas)
- You do not have certain eye problems like active eye inflammation or an active corneal ulcer
