Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to give consent (or have a legal representative)
- Have an ECOG performance score of 2 or less (your day-to-day functioning is not too limited)
- Have confirmed non-small cell lung cancer, melanoma, or renal cell carcinoma with 1 to 5 new or growing spots while on or after systemic therapy (including certain checkpoint immunotherapy) for at least 3 months
- Have spots that a radiation doctor can treat with SBRT, and active lesions should be at least 1 cm
- Be able to have a PET/CT scan and your PET scan shows active cancer (not just scar tissue)
- Have no untreated brain spot progression (if you have brain metastases, they must be treated before starting, and the brain is not counted as the “progressing” spot)
