Who can take part
- You have stage IV non-small cell lung cancer without a specific gene mutation that can be treated with a targeted therapy.
- You had a small number of spots (up to 5) that started growing while you were on your first immunotherapy (with or without chemotherapy) after at least 3 cycles of treatment.
- All of those growing spots can be safely treated with a very precise type of radiation (SBRT or ablative radiotherapy).
- If you have brain metastases, they must be stable and you should not need steroids for them.
- You are age 18 or older, and your general health allows you to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
- You are willing to fill out quality-of-life questionnaires in English, French, or Spanish.
