Who can take part
- You have a diagnosed anxiety disorder: panic disorder (with or without agoraphobia), social anxiety disorder, or generalized anxiety disorder
- You can read and understand German well enough to use the online program and answer questions
- You agree to take part by signing a consent form
- You have reliable internet access
- You do not have severe other mental health diagnoses like schizophrenia, severe major depression, or borderline personality disorder
- You are not dealing with immediate or “acute” thoughts of suicide
