Who can take part
- You have hip dysplasia confirmed on X-ray (specific measurements within a defined range).
- You’ve had hip or groin pain for at least 3 months.
- You are able to consider periacetabular osteotomy (PAO) but do not want it, or you’re on a PAO surgery waiting list for 12 months or more.
- Or, you are not a PAO candidate because of factors like certain test results, higher BMI (over 25), osteoarthritis, age over 45, or limited hip movement.
- Your pain score must not be extremely high (below a cutoff on the Copenhagen Hip and Groin pain scale).
