Who can take part
- You have hip dysplasia (DDH) and are choosing PAO to treat it
- Your age is between 15 and 55
- You have minimal or no arthritis, like Tonnis grade 0 or 1
- You can have a standard MRI arthrogram before surgery
- You are not pregnant
- You have not had prior surgery on that hip, including prior hip arthroscopy to treat inside-joint problems
- You are not having PAO only for a different reason like acetabular retroversion without DDH
