Who can take part

  • You are between 16 and 50 years old and need surgery for hip instability due to acetabular dysplasia
  • You must have a hip MRI done before surgery (either a 3T MRI and/or an MRI arthrogram with contrast)
  • You have not had any prior surgery on the side you would have the operation
  • You have not had hip replacement surgery on either side
  • Your X-rays should not show moderate or advanced arthritis (Tönnis grade 2 or higher)
  • You must be able and willing to complete all follow-up visits and patient surveys
