Study drug injection for advanced liver cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma or certain related bile-duct cancers) that is relapsed/refractory to standard treatment, or no standard treatment exists—if enrolled in the later part, it must be hepatocellular carcinoma only.
  • Your tumor has injectable spots in the liver or outside the liver that can be seen on ultrasound, with a minimum size (longest tumor diameter over 1.5 cm, or lymph node shortest diameter requirement).
  • Your health status is good enough for a study visit (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You can expect at least 3 months of life expectancy, based on your doctor’s judgment.
  • Blood and organ tests must be within required ranges (including adequate liver, kidney, blood counts, and clotting).
