Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- You are currently receiving—or have recently received—cancer treatment according to standard guidelines.
- You need to have a bronchoscopy with BAL (washing fluid from the lungs) as part of your care for possible treatment-related pneumonitis (lung inflammation).
- You are not enrolled in another clinical trial.
- You can sign an informed consent form.
- Your bronchoscopy sample must be usable for specialized lab testing; samples that are too low-quality may exclude you after lab review.
