- You have newly diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer and are planning the same treatment sequence as the PACIFIC trial: chemo plus radiation, then immunotherapy (durvalumab).
- You can receive all treatment and study checkups at MD Anderson Cancer Center (MDACC).

- You can do home breathing testing (spirometry) once a week for the study.
