Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can provide consent.
- You are starting a new anti-tumor drug treatment or have just been diagnosed with drug-related lung inflammation.
- You are willing to have a bronchoscopy and give blood samples at the start of treatment and again after 2-4 weeks and 8-12 weeks.
- You do not have an active infection or other known cause of lung inflammation (like from arthritis or radiation).
- You have not been taking high doses of steroids or immune-suppressing medicines for a long time before the study starts.
