Who can take part
- You’re between 17 and 50 years old
- Your shoulder instability started from a traumatic (injury-related) front dislocation
- Imaging (CT/MRI/3D MRI) shows moderate bone loss on the shoulder socket side, about 10–20%
- You already had a previous instability surgery using one of these: arthroscopic Bankart + remplissage, open Bankart, or Latarjet
- You do NOT have major “multi-directional” instability that isn’t caused by trauma
- You can commit to all follow-up visits and post-surgery guidelines, and you plan to return to work/sports/military duty
