- You are a Hispanic woman aged 50 or older.
- You were diagnosed with stage I, II, or IIIa breast cancer for the first time.
- You finished surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy 3 to 36 months ago.
- You currently do less than 90 minutes of moderate exercise per week.
- You can walk without help and attend regular study sessions.
- You do not have serious heart, brain, or memory problems.
