Who can take part

  • Your baby is under 6 hours old when joining the study
  • Your baby currently shows breathing trouble (fast breathing, grunting, chest pulling in, flaring nostrils, or needing extra oxygen/respiratory support)
  • The medical team has decided your baby will receive full life support
  • A parent or legal guardian can give written consent for the study
  • Your baby was born at 30 weeks or more (not earlier than 30+0 weeks)
