Pembrolizumab with salvage chemotherapy for Hodgkin lymphoma

Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.

You may benefit if you have first-relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma and meet other study rules.

Immunotherapy plus radiation for early-stage Hodgkin lymphoma

This trial tests a combination of an immunotherapy drug (anti-PD-1 antibody) and radiation therapy for people with newly diagnosed, early-stage classic Hodgkin lymphoma that does not have certain risk factors. The goal is to see if this approach works well and has fewer side effects.

NCT04510636Recruiting· Phase 2
Pembrolizumab and bendamustine for Hodgkin lymphoma

This study tests whether combining the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab (Keytruda) with the chemotherapy bendamustine can help people with Hodgkin lymphoma whose cancer returned or did not respond to earlier treatment. The goal is to see if this two-drug combination works better than either drug alone.

Testing immunotherapy plus chemo for early-stage Hodgkin lymphoma

This trial studies whether adding zimberelimab (an immune system drug) to standard AVD chemotherapy works better for newly diagnosed early-stage Hodgkin lymphoma. It may help improve control of the cancer, especially when it can’t be fully cured with simpler treatment alone.

Pembrolizumab for advanced Hodgkin lymphoma

This trial tests pembrolizumab as a first treatment for advanced classical Hodgkin lymphoma. It may help patients who have not received any prior therapy.

Azacitidine plus pembrolizumab for Hodgkin lymphoma after relapse

This Phase 2 study tests azacitidine together with pembrolizumab in people whose Hodgkin lymphoma has come back or did not respond (relapsed/refractory). It aims to see whether this combination can control cancer and improve outcomes, especially when standard high-dose chemotherapy is not an option.
