Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS).
  • Your MS affects walking moderately to severely, but you can still walk using the exoskeleton (possibly with a cane, walker, or similar help).
  • You have some difficulty with thinking and problem solving, based on a special screening test.
  • You’re 18 to 75 years old, and your symptoms have been stable (no flare-ups) for at least 1 month.
  • You can safely stand upright for 30 minutes with help if needed, and you can fit the device (height 60–76 inches, weight under 220 lbs).
  • You agree to follow study steps and keep certain spasticity medicine stable (such as baclofen) during the study.
